In this desolate wasteland of XL t-shirts and running shorts, I had to wonder, is there a place out there for a girl who thrives on fur coats and heels?
The answer is yes, and it's in New York City, my dream home. Unfortunately, for the time being, I am stuck in small town Virginia finishing my degree. Hopefully soon enough I'll be taking the city by storm like my idol did. This is why for this particular look, I was hardcore channeling my inner Carrie Bradshaw. I had to include bold colors, fun textures, heels, and of course, my name necklace.
This look includes a satin striped choker dress from Forever21, a faux fur coat I got off of Poshmark, and my favorite Carrie Style necklace from Name Necklace Official. I paired the outfit with burgundy suede platform booties from Charlotte Russe. I loved pairing the dark red with this majorly blush outfit to bring out the bolder colors in the dress. My sunnies (which by the way are my FAVORITE accessory) are Steve Madden and from Tj Maxx, aka my place of worship.
